The goal of the international, non profit-making organisation "Information Card Foundation" (ICF) is to promote user-centric Identity Management on the Internet on the basis of Information Cards. Information Card is an open standard that is available for almost every operating system and browser. Initiative GeldKarte e.V. The Initiative Geldkarte e.V. is a network of organisations that accept the GeldKarte as a method of payment or provide the necessary infrastructure for the system. The association bundles their interests, actively supports their involvement and provides information about current developments of the smart card of the German credit services sector.
