WebCard Loyalty - Technology

WebCard Loyalty is based on the open standard "Information Card" and combines user-centric identity management and customer loyalty in a single application.

Information Card replaces the classic login procedure based on a user name and password with a new technology that allows users to administer their own data and share it with the highest degree of security.

The main technical characteristics

• Based on Information Card
  Information Card is amongst others implemented in the Windows CardSpace™ technology. Windows CardSpace was released with Windows VISTA™ and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0. It can be easily post-installed under Windows XP.
   
• Simple integration
  Information Card can be very easily integrated in shop processes (PHP, .NET, Java, etc.)
  
  
• Consistent SOA approach
  The underlying SOA approach ensures that the system can be deployed in a multitude of different scenarios with varying scalability requirement profiles.
